Interparfums FY 2022: record earnings as operating profit soars 33 percent
THE WHAT? Interparfums has reported its results for the 2022 fiscal year. The fragrance giant recorded record earnings for the full year with net income up 40 percent on 2021’s figures and sales rising 26 percent to €706.6 million. THE DETAILS The company noted that it had extended its partnership with Montblanc until December 31, 2030 and, subject to the General Meeting’s ratification, hit its goal of achieving gender parity on its board. THE WHY? Philippe Benacin, Chairman and CEO, commented, “Against the backdrop of a turbulent economic and geopolitical environment, our sales and earnings continued to grow in 2022. The name of the person that made each formula as well as the expiration date is labeled on the back of every S.W. Basics product which adds a subtle personal connection for me. S.W. Basics of Brooklyn Skincare keeps my skin clear, soft, smooth and balanced without causing dryness. I saw a noticeable difference in the texture and look of my skin after about a week of use too. The bottles actually lasted a lot longer (a few months) than I thought they would considering their smaller size. My favorites in the line, although a bit hard to choose because each product holds its own, would have to be the Toner and Exfoliant because of their clearing and smoothing effects on my skin. I found the Cleanser especially refreshing during the warmer months that I mostly used it in as well as ideal for my skin routine because I don't wear a lot of foundation.
