Interparfums FY 2022: record earnings as operating profit soars 33 percent

THE WHAT? Interparfums has reported its results for the 2022 fiscal year. The fragrance giant recorded record earnings for the full year with net income up 40 percent on 2021’s figures and sales rising 26 percent to €706.6 million. THE DETAILS The company noted that it had extended its partnership with Montblanc until December 31, 2030 and, subject to the General Meeting’s ratification, hit its goal of achieving gender parity on its board. THE WHY? Philippe Benacin, Chairman and CEO, commented, “Against the backdrop of a turbulent economic and geopolitical environment, our sales and earnings continued to grow in 2022. Recent Purchases/Rediscoveries: YSL came out with some shade extensions (three shades in a few formulas), so I bought and received those! It’s been a pretty quiet week in beauty!

Weekend plans: Against all odds, I managed to convince my husband to let me foster a pregnant mama and her soon-to-be pups. We are on puppy watch right now! She’s been settling in since Tuesday. The puppy/mom rescue I’ve been volunteering with agreed to take her in as long as I could foster her (they are full for on-site), as she was on deadline at the county shelter. We definitely are lucky with her, as she is the sweetest thing, housebroken, and overall, very chill. The rescue named her Brisket, as her litter’s theme will be “cuts of beef,” so I keep referring to her babies as steaks, LOL.

Do you like amusement parks? I don’t mind them every once in a great while, but I get motion sick quite easily, so a lot of rides are out for me, and I am soooo not a crowd person!
